I work as a private chef in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, specializing in intimate dinner parties for events and occasions like milestone birthdays, celebratory events & corporate dinners for parties of 6-20 guests. I cook across many different cuisines and utilize a broad array of cooking techniques such as sous-vide and even smoking & grilling! Attention to detail is my goal so that your event adds an element of simple elegance with elevated dishes that are sure to please. We will work together to create a menu, noting any dietary restrictions or food aversions. I am always able to offer alternatives to make sure everyone's needs are met.

Depending on your preferences, I can recommend wine pairings or cocktail ideas.

I specialize in a little bit of everything—California Fresh, Mediterranean, Latin, BBQ, Italian, farm-to-table—you name it! Whatever your vibe, I’ll whip up something delicious that fits the occasion (and your taste buds).

The sooner, the better! I recommend booking 6–8 weeks in advance to lock in your date, especially for events or busy times of the year. If it’s a last-minute thing, give me a shout, and I’ll see what I can do.
(note: November and December events, a 50% deposit is required)

100% I can absolutely work with dietary restrictions! Just let me know what you need, and I’ll ensure everyone can enjoy the meal.

I do it all—menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking, serving, and cleanup. You get to sit back, relax, and enjoy amazing food without lifting a finger.

Yes! Cooking classes are a blast. We’ll plan a menu, cook, laugh, and of course, eat.

I'm based in Southlake, TX, in the DFW area, and I serve the surrounding areas within a 30-minute radius. If you're a bit further out, a travel fee will apply.

I cook for 6 (min) to 20 guests and will bring an assistant for groups of 10+.

COURSE 1: APPETIZERS
1-2 appetizers served family-style while guests arrive and grab a drink.
Example:
Roasted Prawns with homemade cocktail sauce -OR- Puff Pastry Brie with roasted grapes, candied pecans and Manuka honey
COURSE 2: SOUP OR SALAD
Example:
Soup: French Onion -OR- Salad: Baby Greens with sliced strawberries, slivered almonds, goat cheese and a champagne vinaigrette
COURSE 3: MAIN DISH
Example:
Red Wine Braised Boneless Ribs over Truffled Mashed Potatoes & Crispy Pancetta -OR- Seared Halibut with Cherry Tomato Reduction and Roasted Asparagus Spears.
18% gratuity will be added to parties of 6 or more.
